Platform

Platform encompasses the physical infrastructure and security for the minimum computing capabilities of a business. Even if you are only using a Software as a Service (SaaS) like QuickBooks online or Google Documents you will still need a workstation, a firewall and an internet connection. Our platform team can take you from that up to a network including servers for sharing files, records and media, firewalls, routers and switches, network printers, scanners and data acquisition devices. Manage the security, backup and recovery of your data. Help you monitor the performance of your investment and plan for the future.

Process

Process includes consulting services ranging from business process review to software selection through custom application design focusing on business process automation. Process starts with "keeping score" and quickly moves to efficiency and quality improvements. Process projects include tactical and operational reporting.

Planning

Planning takes the process to the next level and delivers business intelligence to the desktop of the owner and the management team. While maintaining focus on the business this practice area concentrates on strategic analysis and decision support.
